Scope of Veterinary Services

Calm Paws Vet specializes exclusively in hospice and in-home euthanasia services.

• We do not provide general veterinary care, vaccinations, diagnostics, or emergency life-saving treatment.
• If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency that requires life-saving intervention, please contact your nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital immediately.

Cancellation & Scheduling Policy

We understand that end-of-life situations can be unpredictable. However, because we reserve significant time blocks for travel and appointments:

• Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than [X] hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $[Amount].
• Arrival Windows: Due to the nature of mobile practice and traffic, arrival times are estimated windows (typically 30–60 minutes).

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept [Cash, Credit Cards, CareCredit, Venmo, etc.]. Prices are subject to change based on location and specific medical needs.

Calm Paws Vet is not liable for any damages that may occur from the use of this website. Medical decisions should always be made in consultation with a qualified veterinarian.
